That Robert K., the R/E agent, and his team do an excellent job in attracting qualified and motivated buyers. That the house passes inspection and the bank appraisal and the closing process goes smoothly with no complications. That the new owners will quickly get the financing they need and be blessed and happy in their new home. And for family unity during this stressful process.
