To hear God's voice, you will learn how to:

Worship and praise God, and become more aware of His presence.

Be still and quiet your mind, and listen for His gentle whispers.

Talk with God in a candidly straightforward way, and tell Him that you truly want to hear from Him.

Read, pray over, study, and meditate on His Word -Holy Scripture- which is the written voice of God.

Pray to listen, and ask Him to speak to your heart.

Listen with an open heart and a willing spirit, and be ready to obey His voice.

Seek spiritual community with other believers who can help you grow in the ability to hear God's voice.

Practice discernment of spirits, test the spirits, and make sure they are from God.

Journal what comes to mind, and review it later for insights and confirmations.

Be patient and persistent, and don't give up on hearing God's voice.
