MARTHA FERNANDEZ-SARDINA will be our Guest Speaker for the second weekend of this year’s Bible Institute in the seminar, Now Is the Time: The Harvest is Ripe! This will begin Friday evening, August 1 and continue on Saturday, August 2.

Deacon Ralph Poyo, the founder of New Evangelization Ministries of Steubenville Ohio, has experienced for himself the Lord’s transforming power. He will be the presider for adoration on Thursday evening and the presenter of the teen program on Friday, August 1.
He is passionate about reaching out in order to bring new life in the Holy Spirit to those who are thirsty for more. His listeners of all ages are challenged by his message. He is especially gifted in working with young people and he will be presenting the day directed to them on Friday, August 1, entitled Prepare to Make an Impact. This program is designed to encourage young people to take their part in the army of Christ.
MOST REVEREND DENNIS M. SCHNURR will join us to celebrate the Eucharistic Liturgy on Sunday July 27 at 2:30 PM in Bellarmine Chapel. He was appointed Archbishop of Cincinnati on December 21, 2009. He was born and raised in Iowa and so is familiar with the Midwest. He has been traveling through the Archdiocese in recent years to meet and get to know the people of this area. Come and join him for Sunday Mass.
UPDATE: Because of an unforeseen schedule change Archbishop Schurr will not be celebrating the Sunday Liturgy.
MOST REVEREND JOSEPH R. BINZER will join us to celebrate the Eucharistic Liturgy on Friday, August 1st 7:30 PM in Bellarmine Chapel. He was appointed auxiliary Bishop of Cincinnati in April of 2011. He is a native of Cincinnati and served as Chancellor of the Archdiocese for several years.
FATHER ROB JACK is currently an instructor of Theology at Mt. St. Mary’s Seminary. He will be presenting the seminar, Mary in the Writings of the Saints, on Tuesday, July 29. By examining the writings of the Saints, we will come to a deeper understanding of the Mother of God and the important role she plays in the life of the Church.
BILL RICHART, born Catholic, spent two years in seminary, worked on an Oklahoma oil rig, was a congressional intern and a country music disc jockey. After struggling with many of life’s difficulties, he thanks the power of the Lord for restoring his relationship with Jesus. In 1998, Bill went into ministry full time. He will be ministering at the Bible Institute on Monday, July 28 with an evening of healing praise in the Bellarmine Chapel. He will also be presenting the two seminars — Practical Evangelization (Monday, July 28) and Advanced Praise and Worship (Tuesday, July 29).
FATHER CHRIS CLAY, the Pastor at St. Paul Parish in Lexington, Kentucky, will be the main celebrant for the opening Eucharistic Liturgy at the Bible Institute on Friday, July 25 at 7:30 PM. Come and join us in a joyful opening celebration of a Spirit-filled Bible Institute!
FATHER DAVID ENDRES is currently the Co-Director of Field Education at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary and an anointed teacher of the Gospel. He will be teaching in several seminars including The Catechism: Our Response to Faith and the Doctors of the Church: Saint Teresa of Avila. Make plans to join us for his inspiring yet clear and riveting presentations.
DAN SCHNEIDER, a Catholic Lay Evangelist and apologist is known for his energetic and passionate presentations of the Roman Catholic faith. He had a dramatic experience of the Lord and is devoted to spreading the faith. With a Master’s Degree in Theology from the Franciscan University of Steubenville, he uses his extensive knowledge, wit, and humor to draw the listener to Christ and His Church.
A Cobra attack helicopter pilot, in 1991 he flew nearly 200 hours as part of Operation Desert Storm. His experiences in Iraq and later, as a worldly businessman, eventually led him to a “road to Damascus” conversion experience at the age of thirty-three when he encountered the resurrected Lord in a profound way. He will be working with the seminar which will be offered on Wednesday and Thursday, July 30 and 31, entitled Defending the Faith: What is Truth?
MANY PRIESTS take part in the Bible Institute in many capacities. We are very blessed to have priests from all over the Cincinnati Archdiocese and the Covington Diocese to celebrate daily Mass. Nine or ten priests will be available to help in offering the Sacrament of Reconciliation for each healing service as well as for the Life in the Spirit seminar. Also, several priests will be teaching in the programs. Thank the Lord for these dedicated men of God!
ALSO, MANY GIFTED LAY PEOPLE teach at the Bible Institute. Presentation Ministries through the guidance of its founder, Father Al Lauer, has equipped many lay people to use their spiritual gifts to minister to others. More than forty lay people teach or moderate at the Institute. They model for you the way in which the Holy Spirit can use ordinary lay people for His service.
Deacon Ralph Poyo will present a day designed to equip Youth, their Leaders and Chaperones, with the simple tools and training needed to lead others into a viable relationship with the Living God. Those in attendance will gain a practical understanding of what authentic evangelization looks like and experience leading others into this amazing relationship with God through the power of the Holy Spirit. Let Boot Camp begin!
The day will include music, praise, worship, small group labs and discussion.
All participants must be pre-registered; No walk-ins will be accepted.
** Regulations for the Youth Day **
To insure that all get the benefit of the seminar:
An adult chaperone will be required for each ten teens (for example, a youth leader bringing 15 teens would need two adults.) Parents can join with other families in order to supply chaperones.
When you register, indicate your age and the name of your chaperone and their phone number. A separate registration form is needed for each attendee and must be signed by their chaperone and one of their parents.
Also, upon receiving your registration, we will forward to you a parental consent form that must be in our hands by July 26th. (You can also download the consent form on our website.)
No children under 13 can be accepted. Only pre-registered persons (13-19) and their chaperones may attend the program which goes from 10 AM through 4:00 PM. People will not be permitted to wander in and out of the seminar.
